• Fixed Ribs

ALL RIBS ARE MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATION OF HEIGHT AND POINT OF IMPACT

In working so closely with trap shooters, as well as sporting clay shooters, this is what - in principal - gives us large variation in rib heights and points of impact used for two different sports.  Being able to offer this kind of work is what makes it possible to provide for the needs of our customers.

• Adjustable Ribs

The Moneymaker adjustable rib is designed for the shooter who desires the versatility of changing the point-of-impact of their firearm immediately and conveniently.  Fabricated of CNC-machined all steel fixtures, this simple but durable design can be installed on any type of barrel, Unsingles, Ljutics and Seitz guns.

Moneymaker currently offers five distinctive designs for the adjustable rib:
    * Stepped Ramp
    * Low Profile
    * The Crisscrossed rib
    * Full Adjustable Trap rib
    * Full Adjustable Sporting Clay rib

• Custom Barrels

MoneyMaker Guncraft’s reputation throughout the shooting industry for custom rib service is also highlighted by our developments in custom barrels.

Larger bore barrels have historically proven themselves to produce superior patterns with less recoil to the shooter.  MoneyMaker currently installs barrels by threading to ensure straightness in your automatic, top single or unsingle.  Custom bores are available from .750 to .780 with fixed custom chokes or choke tubes and 3 ½” forcing cone.  Upon rebarreling, ribs are installed to the customer’s specifications.  Barrels are consistently test fired during the process to assure the barrels we rib pattern to their most efficient capability.  MoneyMaker specializes in barrel tuning; to progressively open and repeated test-fire a barrel to achieve optimum patterns.

Custom choking is available upon request for fixed, over and under, top single and unsingle barrels

MoneyMaker customized 391 Optima Packages come complete with the following:

• Barrel Exchange

The custom MoneyMaker Barrels are available in Urika and Optima, complete with backbore and extended forcing cone.   In addition the barrels are fitted with all steel ribs - both fixed or adjustable - providing the shooter a full range of variable points of impact.

Fixed rib barrels can be built to your specifications with exchange.  Adjustable ribbed barrels are available in a variety of styles with exchange.

• Plating Nickel and Gold

Receivers and gun parts that are stripped, conditioned and plated are guaranteed not to rust or wear down.  Pricing starts at $275.  MoneyMaker also offers gold plating for triggers – price upon request.

• Adjustable Comb, Gun Stock

Designed to telescope vertically and shift (move) side to side, our adjustable combs also come with an adjustment pin to center (maintain) the comb setting.  Both short and long pins are available on request.

• Bluing

  MoneyMaker blues our customer’s guns using two traditional methods; Salt suspension and Browning Appliqué.  The Browning methods is used primarily on over and unders to assure the original factory sideplates and new ribs maintain their integrity.

  The metal finishes available are: high polish (by hand), satin finish (duller but durable) and a combination “two-tone” (polish sides, satin top) for model 12’s and automatic receivers.

• Cryogenics

The most modern technology available in use for stabilizing barrels.  All MoneyMaker custom made barrels include using the cryogenic process

• Backboring

What does backboring accomplish?  A means of enlarging a barrel's bore diameter to accomplish the finest possible pattern that the barrel - being bored concentrically with the existing choke or choke tubes - can consistently produce. To acquire maximum performance all barrels are shot in during backboring. And that is exactly what we do.
